Shipping Policy: Any product or gift certificate will be shipped with in 24 hrs. If we are out of stock we will notify you and place an emergency order, if an order is not already on it’s way. Shipping is free of charge on all orders with in the United States. We will ship thru USPS, priority mail. All packages will require signature, unless noted in your account. Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your order, you need to refuse your package from Sugarcane. When were receive the order back unopened we will refund the total of the order to the credit card the order was originally processed with. Return Policy: All products (excluding Charme & Revenir) can be returned, if the product is 75% full and contains its original contents. $5.00 will be charged for each returned item. You will receive your return with in 1 week of Sugarcane receiving the product back. We will then send you an email confirming your return and the total of your return.
